Ha crecido sin la presencia de su figura paterna desde muy pequeño, pero esto no ha apagado sus sueños ni su deseo de salir adelante. Vive junto a su madre y hermanos en un hogar con limitaciones económicas y condiciones de vivienda reducidas. A pesar de estas dificultades, Dewer mantiene una actitud positiva y sueña con convertirse en doctor para ayudar a los demás y mejorar la vida de su familia.
